The first thing we will do is preheat the oven, to do this we will put the tray in the oven and heat it up and down to 250°.

We start with the dough, heat the water and dissolve the fresh yeast in it.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a fork until a dough is formed.

When we can no longer mix with the fork, we transfer the mixture to the worktop and knead with our hands until we have a uniform dough (if we have a kneading machine this process will be much faster).

Now roll out the dough very thinly and prick with a fork all over the base.

Now we put the ingredients we want and put them in the oven.

Carefully put the dough on the tray that will be very hot and place it in the lower part of the oven, we will have about 8' (until the base is toasted), after this time we raise the pizza to the top of the oven and leave it a couple of minutes until the cheese is well melted.

And ready! Take it out and eat! It is recommended to let it cool a little to avoid getting scorched hehe! The flour can be any type of flour (spelt, wholemeal,...).
