To throw a split alloy by half in a saucepan with a culleirade of AOVE to low flame, when this one is browned to retire the alloy. Pour the rice, mash it with oil for a few seconds and pour the water (twice as much water as rice). Cook according to the instructions of the package

In a casserole dish, pour two tablespoons of EVOO and a half split shrimp in a low flame when it is browned, remove it. Pour the shrimps and prawns and cook them on a medium heat until they begin to run off on both sides. Throw away the finely chopped garlic, onion and celery.

When the vegetables are cooked, lower the heat and add a dash of soy sauce. Cover and leave on low heat for 5 minutes.

Turn off the light, let it rest 2-3 minutes and ready
