In a casserole dish, pour two tablespoons of EVOO and a half split shrimp in a low flame when it is browned, remove it. Pour the shrimps and prawns and cook them on a medium heat until they begin to run off on both sides. Throw away the finely chopped garlic, onion and celery.

When the vegetables are cooked, lower the heat and add a dash of soy sauce. Cover and leave on low heat for 5 minutes.

Turn off the light, let it rest 2-3 minutes and ready
