In a pot add the vegetable broth, water to lighten and soy sauce. When it is hot, lower the heat and add the mushrooms and cabbage (in my case previously cooked in a frying pan. If they are fresh, cook them in the broth itself). I also added cooked chickpeas and tofu.

Dilute the miso paste in a little hot broth in a separate glass and add it to the pot. We add finally the rice noodles until cooked and enjoy! 🍜😋
