Hydrate the texturized soybeans for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile we grate the rest of the ingredients: carrot, zucchini, onion and cheese.

Cut a couple of parsley leaves and a clove of garlic.

Drain the texturized soybeans and add them to the blender or chopper (better) together with the parsley and garlic.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the zucchini to the soybeans.

Drain the zucchini before adding it to the rest of the ingredients and stir well.

Add 2 eggs and the corn flour. Stir

Pour olive oil into the frying pan and add small masses to make the pancakes.

Once they are golden brown we turn them over. We do both sides and that's it!
