Green asparagus with curry

In a bowl mix the curry with a little water until a paste is obtained.

Brown the asparagus in the pan. When they are ready, take them out and put them aside on a plate.

In the pan where we have made the asparagus we add the curry paste and a good splash of soy sauce. We leave it for a few seconds while we mix and remove from the heat. (This is where the drops of siracha would go for those who like it spicy as I mentioned in the description of the recipe).

Pour this curry and soy mixture over the asparagus along with some fresh coriander leaves.
