Season the salmon slices with salt and pepper and then season well with Provencal herbs. Cut the peppers into strips.

Place in the airfryer along with the cherry tomatoes and spray with the olive oil. Leave it for about 18 minutes at 180 degrees, unless you like the salmon less done.

Put the spinach on a plate. Cut the egg into slices and place it on the plate as well. When the salmon is done, plate it together with the peppers and the cherry.
