Grilled cuttlefish with garlic and parsley, tender and juicy.

Wash well under cold running water and clean of excess water and cut into strips.

Peel the garlic and put them in a mortar, add the lemon juice, a little extra virgin olive oil and salt, mix well.

Put a frying pan on high heat with a little bit of oil and when it is very hot, add the cuttlefish and let it cook for 2 minutes, stirring it only a couple of times.

Remove the juices from the pan, clean the pan and put it over high heat with a little oil and when it is hot, add the cuttlefish and cook it for a few minutes until it is golden brown.

Add the majado and parsley, stir well with the cuttlefish and cook for only one more minute.
