We cook the whole potato with its skin washing them well before, I do them in the microwave I feel that they retain more flavor. Wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the microwave 10/15min (I'm watching them depending on the size until they are soft).

I put a pot to boil with a little salt and cook the chard. Once they are cooked, drain them well

Peel the boiled or microwaved potatoes and cut them into small pieces, you can also mash them.

In a frying pan put a little oil, the garlic in thin slices, the chopped onion and a little salt until golden brown.
