Baked sea bream with potatoes

Heat the oven with heat up and down to 180⁰. While it is heating peel and cut the potatoes into slices of about half a cm.

Prepare the oven tray. First add a splash of EVOO and spread it well with a brush. Spread the potatoes on the tray and add salt, pepper and Provencal herbs (or other spices to taste). Then place the sea bream on the potato bed and season it with salt and pepper. We also add a little onion powder on top of the sea bream.

We put the tray in the oven for about 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the sea bream. While the sea bream is cooking, prepare a frying pan with a spoonful of EVOO and chopped garlic in small pieces.

When the sea bream is ready, remove the tray from the oven and add the refried sauce. Serve and enjoy 😋.
