Put the bag of steamed potatoes in the microwave for 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash, peel and chop the carrot. Wash, remove the seeds and chop the bell pepper. Chop the gherkins. Wash and cut in halves the cherry tomatoes. Peel and cut the onion into julienne strips. Peel the boiled eggs and cut into 4 halves. Crumble the feta cheese. Cut the steamed potatoes into slices.

Serve on a plate. In the center of the plate, make a potato base and add the tuna on top. Put the rest of the vegetables around it. Add the feta cheese on top of the vegetables. Dress with EVOO, Himalayan salt and oregano. Enjoy your meal ☺️
