First put the water to heat, when it boils put the pasta and eggs (I have not put salt).

In a large frying pan, add the oil with the crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley. Over low heat let it cook without burning the garlic, about 5 minutes.

Add to the pan with the garlic, half a cup of the pasta cooking water and black pepper, let it cook over low heat.

When the pasta is ready, drain it and remove the eggs. Add the pasta to the pan with the garlic, turn up the heat and add the cheese, stirring with tongs until the cheese has melted (you can add more cooking water).

It can now be served on a plate and the egg can be placed on top. Delicious !!!
