(My choice) Spices that we are going to heat in a frying pan so that they release their aromas (if they are in grain, the better): - Cinnamon stick 1u - Green cardamom 6u - 5 peppers 1 tsp - Cloves 5u - Cumin 2 tbsp - Cilantro in grains 1 tbsp - Fennel seeds 1 tsp - Mustard seeds 1 tsp - Bay leaf 1 leaf - Dried chili 1u

As soon as they release their aromas when heated, let them cool and grind them to a powder (here you will have a brutal spice mix 🤯).

To this powder we add 1 tbsp of turmeric powder, salt and the fresh products: - 4 garlic - 3 fresh chilies - 1 thumb of ginger - 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate - 3 tablespoons AOVE💛

If you want it less spicy, add less chili peppers. Play with the amounts of tomato concentrate and EVOO, but in moderation, to get the paste with this textura👇🏽.
