The ingredients are as follows: 🫓100% whole wheat bread from Mercadona. 🍅Crushed tomato from Lidl (passes very well through tomato sauce). 🧀Mozzarella from Mercadona 🍗Mercadona's natural chicken strips 🍄 canned mushrooms (cooked) from Carrefour 🌿 oregano (I don't add EVOO or salt and it looks great)

Preheat oven to 190 degrees

Cut the bread in two halves and place on baking paper.

Add in this order: tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, oregano, chicken strips and mushrooms.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees. And it comes out this delicious 😋

Extra tip: I took advantage of the oven to roast garlic and tomatoes. And then I put it on top as a topping For this you need: INGREDIENTS 🍅2 pear tomatoes 🧄8 cloves of garlic 🌿Oregano 🫒 dash of EVOO STEPS In an ovenproof dish Cut the pear tomatoes into slices, add the unpeeled garlic cloves, pour the oregano on top of the tomatoes and add a dash of AOVE and bathe the tomatoes there.

Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees, the same as the pizza. Et voilà.

Comments: -The bread was from the day before. It was a little hard and in the oven it gets even harder (because it is already cooked). But that also gives it a crunchy touch, crunchy when you bite into it. -I recommend eating it as soon as it comes out of the oven and cools down a bit.
