Cook the rice (I use basmati) 🍚 (1 and a half cups of water per half cup of rice, approx.)

🥫 We prepare the tomato sauce. I always use passatta (or tomato pulp) because then I can season it to taste ➡️ 1 tablespoon of EVOO, salt, Provencal herbs and garlic powder. Pour everything in a small frying pan and heat for a few minutes. (If you are in lazy mode, buy a good tomato sauce and save yourself this step 😁). ⏰ When it's ready, we separate it to a bowl 🥣 and give the pan a water to fry the egg and not make any more mess 😉.

When the rice is ready 🍚 fry the egg in the pan with a drop of EVOO 🍳 Pour the tomato sauce into the rice pan and mix.

We plate (in my case we "embowl"), season with salt and pepper, and optionally add between 30 and 35 kilos of Parmesan cheese (so that we don't lack calcium 🤭😂) Enjoy, presiosos!
