Finely chop the garlic and onion. Grate the carrot and julienne the cabbage.

Fry the chopped garlic and onion in a frying pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. When it is golden brown add the cabbage and carrot.

Sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the teaspoon of sweet paprika and sauté for 2 or 3 minutes more.

Add the minced veal and season with black pepper. Sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the meat is well done.
