Remove the salmon and add another tablespoon of oil, the half onion and grated tomato, bay leaf, salt and a dash of wine to the pan and let it reduce until it barely holds water.

Add the squid and clams and once the clams are open, add the salmon and let it simmer for about 7 minutes over low heat.
