IF WE HAVE FRESH BRUSSELS Sprouts: We wash the Brussels sprouts and then remove the outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Cut off the stems and set aside. IF WE HAVE THE BRUSSELS Sprouts FROZEN: 5 minutes before cooking, take them out so that they begin to thaw gradually.

Break the garlic into small pieces while we put the water to boil with salt over high heat in a saucepan. Before it starts to boil, add the Brussels sprouts and let them cook for about 12 minutes.

When the time has elapsed, remove the cabbages from the water and cut them in halves.

Put the EVOO in a frying pan and, once hot, add the garlic in small pieces so that they begin to cook.

Once the pieces are a little browned, add the Brussels sprouts and wait for them to cook. Turn them around and when they are a little browned on both sides, remove from the heat.

And that's it! Now just serve it on a plate and enjoy. I always serve it with something else. My favorite combinations with grilled fish and brown rice. Now, bon appetit!!!😋🥬🧄
