Mix the water (lukewarm) with the fresh yeast to dissolve it. Add the half yogurt, the teaspoon of salt and the oil. Mix well and gradually add the flour. We knead by hand and if necessary we add more flour until it is a homogeneous ball and easy to handle.

Knead the dough a little and make small balls of the size you want the bread and give it the shape you want. shape: we flatten the ball with the tip of our fingers (they may be deformed and it looks like there are holes).
