Poached egg: take a square of cling film and coat it with oil with the help of a brush. Place the film on top of a bowl and place the egg on top, a little salt and close the package. Put the egg packets in soft boiling water (medium heat) and cook for 4-5 minutes. The yolk should be liquid and the white should be curdled.
