To make the filling: the jam. To do it: 👉🏼 In a saucepan add the red fruits, the pitted dates and the water. Let reduce over medium heat. 👉🏼 Or a faster way: in a glass in the microwave, at small intervals of time and stirring.

Optional, but it will be tastier: grind the jam and "strain" it (with a sieve or a chinois) to remove the skins and pits of the fruits.

Hydrate (as indicated on the package) and dilute the gelatin sheets (in the micro for about 5 seconds with a few drops of water). Add to the yogurt along with a few drops of vanilla essence or vanilla flavor and mix very well.

Grease the molds a little (if they are silicone much better) to make it easier to unmold (with coconut oil itself) and add half of the yogurt mixture in them.

Add a spoonful of red berry jam

Add the rest of the yogurt mixture on top.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, better a whole day.

And ready! 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Unmold (optional) and add grated chocolate on top. 😋
