Preheat the oven, soak the dates in hot water, grate the lemon peel and squeeze the juice from half of the lemon.

Peel and core the apples, put in a bowl with the lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon, roast in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Chop chocolate and set aside

With the dates that we had left to soak, make date paste.

Beat the eggs until frothy, add the date paste and milk and stir well.

Add the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate, and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Finally pour into the mold and put the chocolate on top. Bake for 30 minutes 180° up and down heat (this may vary depending on the oven).
