Pit the dates and soak them in hot water for 10' (in a small bowl, cover them).

Remove the dates with half of the water and put them in a large bowl to crush them.

Mix them with the other ingredients and grind everything.

Knead the dough and shape the cookies on a tray with parchment paper. If it sticks too much in your hands, pour some water.

Put them in the oven at 170° up and down for 12 minutes (approx). It depends on the oven you have.
