You can cut the chicken breast thinly or buy the one that already comes in thin cut to make it ahead. Let's cook the pumpkin. In my case I did it in the microwave with the Lekue steam case. Once cooked, mix it with the ricotta cheese, a little grated cheese and season to taste.

The next step is to roll the breasts filling them with the pumpkin and cheese mixture and with a toothpick we hold them. Add more grated cheese on top and oregano. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180⁰.
