Place the base (a whole wheat pancake, I used the whole wheat fajita pancakes from Mercadona).

Crush the basil sprouts, the onion, a clove of garlic and a tablespoon of oil. Sauté a little.

Add the feta cheese to the mixture.

Beat 2 eggs.

Mix the eggs with the mixture.

Place the pancake in a bowl (it should be smaller in diameter than the pancake so that it makes the shape of the edge and the mixture does not come out) and add the whole mixture.

Garnish with zucchini.

Bake at 180 degrees until the mixture is done (it will take about 15 minutes).
