Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package, I prefer to toast it before adding the water with a little oil.

Wash the lettuce and tomato, cut them and put them in a bowl.

Add the corn, tuna and avocado to the bowl. Add salt, olive oil and mix everything together.

When the quinoa is cooked, put some oil in a frying pan and add the quinoa together with the curry, toast it so that it takes flavor.

In the dish we are going to serve we place the salad base and the quinoa in the center, put some nuts to taste. I have added a curry sauce made with oil, milk and curry.
