Preparación de la receta

First, we take our cooking bowl and put the eggs, milk and oil. Mix well until it is a homogeneous mass. Set aside.

Then, in another bowl, sift the flour with the salt and mix.

Pour part of the flour and salt mixture into the initial bowl (in which we mixed the eggs, milk and oil) and mix.

Repeat the process until the flour and salt mixture is used up.

Transfer the dough to a bowl and reserve in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and stir a little with a silicone spatula.

Heat the frying pan over medium-high heat and grease it with butter using a brush.

Once the pan is hot, pour some of the batter and spread it a little by lifting the pan and moving it in circles.

When small bubbles have come out around the edges of the batter and we can easily run the cooking spatula under the pancake without getting any batter on it, we can carefully flip the pancake over.

Then, when we can easily handle the pancake around the pan it means that our first pancake is ready.
