Wash the quinoa and rice well.

Put the quinoa and rice in a bowl and cover with water.

Let it soak overnight

Grind together with the water. It is important that we do not get a very liquid mass, it must have consistency. If there are grains of rice or quinoa left, nothing happens!

Once crushed with the water, add salt and psyllium, which can be replaced by xanthan gum or chia seeds ground in the same amount.

Add our dough to a bowl, shape it into a ball with the help of a spatula and let it rest for 24 hours. After 24 hours it will be ready to be baked at 180 degrees 1h and 10 approx!
