I chop the tomatoes, avocado and arugula and put them in a bowl.

I make the meat that I am going to add. I do it with crispy chicken strips (you have the recipe here in the App). Once the meat is done we mix it with the vegetables.

I make the sour sauce. It can be made with Greek yogurt or with cream. In both cases I add half the juice of a lime with salt and pepper. I stir well until it thickens.

Heat the pancakes in the pan. And now we only have to fill them with the vegetables and the meat. Add the two sauces on top.
