Thaw the ink, shrimp and squid. Cook the tagliatelle with a sachet of ink for 15 minutes or to taste.

When they are ready, put them aside and add the peeled shrimp and squid in a frying pan with a few drops of oil and sauté until lightly browned.

Then add the noodles with a little of the black broth that has been created by cooking and sauté until the broth evaporates. (They are very soft, if you like them with more flavor you can pour another sachet of ink in the pan and mix well, I did not do it in case they came out too strong and were for me alone).
