🥧 INGREDIENTS 🥧 - 3 eggs - One cup of yogurt - Two small glasses of rice flour yogurt (or oatmeal, wholemeal, etc.) - Half a glass of oil yogurt. - Half a glass of pure cocoa powder yogurt. - Date paste to taste (I usually use 15-18). - One sachet of baking powder. - Nuts to taste.

Mix the liquid ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained and add the dry ingredients (except the walnuts).

Put the mixture in the mold and put the walnuts cut into small pieces on top of the mixture in the mold. With the oven preheated to 180º, bake it for 35-40 minutes (but keep an eye on it because it is different in each oven).

Take it out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. And it's ready!
