Chicken, carrot and zucchini burger

Peel and chop the carrot in a mincer. Set aside. Do the same with the zucchini and onion.

Sauté over low heat the vegetables in a frying pan or casserole with a couple of spoonfuls of EVOO. When the water released by the zucchini has been consumed, they will be ready.

While the vegetables are cooking, chop the chicken. I do it in the mincer or food processor.

Mix well the vegetables with the chicken, salt and spices. In the ingredients I have only put pepper but I usually add some more, such as oregano, a little turmeric, etc. I vary and try it every time I make them. When everything is well mixed add the breadcrumbs and mix again. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Take portions of dough and make the burgers. I usually help myself with a serving ring. I made nine hamburgers. I make the ones we are going to eat and the rest I freeze for another day. Make the hamburgers in a non-stick frying pan with a little EVOO. And ready. I hope you enjoy them.
