Cut the potato and place it on the baking tray. Scratch the potatoes on both sides. Season them with salt and pepper and add EVOO.

Place them in the oven in the normal baking program at 180°.

Remove the tray after 30 minutes and place the sea bass. Add garlic powder, parsley, tomato, salt and EVOO.

We introduce the tray in the oven for 35-45 minutes, the last 10 minutes you can put the turbo function so that the potatoes are crispier.
