Beat an egg with two or three tablespoons of ground oatmeal, add a dash of milk and cinnamon to taste.

In a previously greased frying pan, make the pancakes little by little.

For the "nutella" simply mix two or three tablespoons of defatted cocoa and add milk and stir until the desired texture is obtained.

Garnish with strawberries or any other type of fruit (optional).
