I took the hamburger recipe from the book "Cocina Comida Real". In a bowl we mix: garlic powder, oregano, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, a teaspoon of oil, salt and pepper. Then add the minced beef, mix well and let stand 15 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the beet and sweet potato into thin slices. We put them on a baking tray with kitchen paper. Sprinkle with thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and a dash of oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160° for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, we assemble the hamburger. I like to grill the bread a little (it depends on taste). Then we cut the onion into thin slices and grill them, as well as the tomato. Set aside.

Shape the hamburgers, with the thickness and size that you prefer. Cook in a frying pan with a little salt until the meat is cooked to the desired doneness.

Assemble the hamburger: a pinch of raw spinach, the hamburger, tomato and onion on top. On the other piece of bread you can put the sauce you like the most: in this case guacamole but it is also very good with Dijon mustard.

Remove the chips from the oven and ready to eat!
