Mash the banana with a fork (the riper the banana, the easier it will be and the sweeter the pancakes will be).

Add the egg and cinnamon (optional) along with the mashed banana and mix well.

Heat a non-stick frying pan and add the mixture when it is hot in the form of pancakes. Wait until bubbles appear and turn over.

Serve the pancakes and accompany them with your favorite toppings. In my case, I put yogurt between the pancakes and banana on top to decorate, coconut, grated chocolate and peanut butter. Finally, enjoy 🤤.
