First peel and grate the potatoes, while cooking the frozen broccoli for 5 minutes.

Cut the broccoli and mix it with the grated potatoes. Add pepper and mozzarella to taste.

Then, put the mixture in a baking dish (30cm in my case) suitable for oven, and bake it for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

While the base is being made, chop the cherries and the onion, beat the eggs and cut the goat cheese. Mix all this together.

Once the base is ready, add the previous mixture to the base and bake again for 30 min, 180°.
