First, thaw the spinach and other frozen vegetables to be used, as desired. Then, in a bowl, mix the minced meat with the bread crumbs, the onion chopped in very small cubes, the egg and the spices (only 1 teaspoon of salt, reserve half), all very well integrated, so that when mixing it is like a compact dough.

Spread the meat mass on a 40x30 or similar metal foil, leaving a sheet of prepared minced meat.

On the meat sheet apply the vegetables to taste. In this case, spinach and green bell pepper, but you can also use other vegetables such as mushrooms, leek, carrot or even tomato.

Preheat the oven to 180°, and as if it were a gypsy arm, begin to roll the meat, taking care to remove the aluminum foil so that it does not remain integrated in the roll. Roll up to the end, then cover with the foil, and roll up again in a second piece of foil to seal the roll completely.

Bake in the oven at 180° for 90 minutes, taking care to turn the roll every 30 minutes so that one side does not overcook. After this time, remove the foil and serve. Your non-vegetable-loving carnivorous family will be delighted and with more vitamins than usual.
