We make the gnocchi in the air fryer with a little oil, otherwise in the oven for 15 minutes.

While the gnocchi are cooking, chop the onion, poach it and when it is half poached, add the salmon previously cut into small cubes and season with salt and pepper.

When everything is ready, add the pesto sauce.

Once the gnocchi are ready, put them on a plate, then the salmon and sprinkle the cheese on top.
