Chop the chicken to your liking

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon oregano and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

Pour the marinade over the chicken and mix well, making sure all the chicken is coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F.

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
