Beat the 4 egg whites until stiff

Then add the whole wheat flour (or oat flour, or gluten-free flour) by sifting it with the large spoonful of baking powder.

Finally add the oat drink (or any other vegetable drink or even milk).

Preheat the oven to 180 *C and leave it in for about 30/35 min. Once the mixture is placed in the mold you can put the orange pulp left over from the juice, it gives it a much more accentuated flavor.
