Remove the tofu from the package, slice it to the desired thickness and place it in a container in which it can be covered with the dressing.

Prepare the dressing in a separate bowl, chop the garlic finely, add the parsley, mustard, soy, water and stir.

Pour the dressing over the tofu, making sure all the pieces are covered.

Marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours, turning the tofu a few times to redistribute the dressing.

Preheat the frying pan over medium high heat.

Roast the tofu for about 10 minutes, turning once, until both sides are lightly browned.
