Empty the tomatoes inside, salt them and place them upside down so that they lose the water for approximately 2 hours.

Add some pepper and parsley to the bottom of the tomato.

Wrap each tomato with aluminum foil (about half of the tomato) and place them on the baking sheet.

Put an egg, grated cheese and oregano in each tomato.

Bake at 180° for approximately 1 hour or 1 hour and a half.
