We cut the romanescu, only the buds and split/crush them so that they have a small size but not too much crushed.

Add 50 grams of olive oil and sauté for 10 minutes.

Add a spoonful of garlic powder and a spoonful of sweet paprika, a little pepper and salt and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Add the chorizo or ham, as you like, diced and sauté for 5 minutes.

Serve on a plate. Fry an egg and put it on top.
