Mix and blend all the ingredients except the yogurt and a little coconut (about 30 grams).

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the mixture in an oiled mold (I have done it in one of 25 cm in diameter and then I have split it in half to make two floors).

Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

When cool, mix the yogurt and coconut separately and place the mixture between layers of sponge cake.
