In three containers put: in one a beaten egg, in another one ground oatmeal and in the third one the corn flakes a little crushed (I put them in a blender base and crush with the foot of the blender as if it were a mortar (turned off)) and set aside.

For each cachopo you need two thin veal steaks. I used rump steak which was the one available, I don't know what kind the original recipe uses... You put them on a flat surface, stuff them with sliced cheese and Serrano ham. This is to taste, but try not to put it too close to the edges so that the filling does not come out and it stays tightly closed.

As a trick to stick it better, I passed a rolling pin pressing on the edges of the two stuffed fillets. 😅 And it worked.
