Put the milk in a saucepan with the oatmeal, cinnamon and the peel of half a lemon (do not reach the white part which is bitter).

Heat over medium heat and stir for about 5 minutes or until the oatmeal is the consistency you like.

Remove from heat. It can be eaten hot but I like it cold and with cinnamon powder on top. Enjoy it!
