Preparación de la receta

First of all, preheat the oven to 180°. Peel the plantains or bananas and mash them (either in a blender or with a fork).

Sift the flour together with the baking powder and set aside.

In a bowl, with the help of a whisk, beat the eggs and sugar until everything is incorporated and no trace of sugar remains. This step is called "whipping".

Then add the oil, the vanilla essence and the mashed bananas. We beat it

Finally we incorporate the flour and the previously sifted yeast. We beat it until it is unified (the texture is creamy, not hard).

Grease the container in which we are going to take it to the oven. Pour it (I put a banana cut in half on top of the dough to decorate) and bake it in the oven for 45 minutes.

Let cool and unmold.
