Preparación de la receta
1
Mash the very ripe bananas with a fork and mix with the almond flour (it does not allow me to add it as an ingredient so I put it here) although it can also be done with oat flour, they are tastier with almond flour. Make small balls of 25gr each, flatten with a fork on baking paper and bake at 180° 15 minutes.

2
Let them cool and if you want to bathe them like me with "Nocilla proteica" (I get it in Carrefour), put them in the fridge for 5 minutes and enjoy.
