We prepare sofrito with AOVE of garlic, onion, tomato and green bell pepper. Accompanied by a bay leaf.

Prepare the chorizo and the taco ham. Also prepare the potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges. When the sofrito is ready, add the potatoes, the chorizo and the ham, together with 3 glasses of water.

Let it boil until the potatoes are almost cooked, then add the 200gr of red beans (as they are canned they do not need to be cooked) Add spices to taste. Let boil 7 minutes more and turn off to rest.
