The quantities of dates and ripe fruit (bananas in my case) will depend on how sweet you want to make the brownie 😋. Preheat the oven to 180°.

Mash well the beans and the milk until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Then add the rest of the ingredients, except the walnuts and do the same.

When we have a thick texture (when we lift the spoon with the mixture, it will fall slowly) we add half of the walnuts. If we want it to be integrated with the brownie, we grind it again and if not we just put it in small pieces.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish, put the remaining walnuts on top and bake in the oven for about 20-40 minutes, depending on how juicy you want it inside and the height of the mixture in the dish.

Once cooked, let it rest for about 30mins to settle and it's ready!
